going end or just a new beginning??

well.... dis month i have think alot... am i suppose to quit my current job and start with my freelance make up artist job?? sitting in the shop and waiting for customer to purchase cosmetics just not my style.... but dis company do provide make lessons also.... so i will conduct the make up lessons.... pretty enjoying teaching makeup in dis few months.... but unfortunately, i really cant stand for the management of dis company... no doubt the product are pretty good, maybe i just cant work under control by the company... not because of salary, itz becoz of freedom and happiness of the working environment....

alot of my student and ex staffs of dis company keep question me y i still can survive in the company... i couldn't give a good answer... so lame... lolz...

what i thought was... i cant just leave my makeup lessons student who haven't finish their makeup lessons from me... if i resign, the other new staff will handle all my students, dis is quite unfair for them and maybe the technique might be mess up....

sigh.... what should i do.... sometimes when i about to voice out my comment to the company, i know they will give some lame excuse to refuse my suggestions....

letz see whether i still wanna stay in dis company or not....
